Health and Safety Coordinator

The Trigon Health and Safety (HS) Coordinator will assist the Health, Safety and Security (HSS) Manager in the development of HS goals, objectives, programs, and procedures. The support will include measuring, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness of these programs in reducing safety incidents. The HS Coordinator will oversee the First Aid Department, contractor safety, conduct and support all safety activities, and will provide subject matter expertise and support to Trigon leadership. This is a temporary 6 month role with a possibility of extension.

Heavy Duty Mechanic- Temporary

Reporting to the Mechanical Coordinator, or designate, the Heavy Duty Mechanic will work in a team-based environment and be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, fabrication, and installation of mobile and mechanical equipment. This role involves maintaining a fleet of heavy equipment and light vehicles while supporting other mechanical functions within the department as required. The Heavy Duty Mechanic is expected to perform assigned tasks with a high standard of workmanship, review work orders to identify mechanical needs, and plan maintenance activities accordingly. This is a temporary role, for up to 12 months.

Journeyman Millwright

Reporting to the Mechanical Coordinator, or designate, the Millwright will be responsible to participate in a team environment and undertake the tasks associated with maintenance, troubleshooting, fabricating and the installation of mechanical equipment.

This role has an hourly rate of pay of $62.75, and a competitive benefits package.

Mechanical Supervisor

As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the Management Team, assisting with the development of Trigon goals and objectives, policies, and procedures, organizational development, and coordinating the needs of Trigon with the concerns of team members. You will coordinate the activities of the Mechanical Team as well as liaise with other Trigon teams to ensure consistency. This role requires a high degree of mechanical skills, excellent written and oral communication, a demonstrated ability to motivate others and work in a fast paced environment with excellent time management skills.
