Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will lead a team of 20 personnel, including both salaried and unionized staff. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for leading all aspects of electrical maintenance across the terminal, including planned shutdowns, preventative maintenance programs, continued automation on stackers and ship loaders and most importantly, providing leadership and guidance to a highly capable electrical team. The successful candidate will drive accountability, establish structure and consistency within the team, and foster a culture of high-performance.
