Trigon is designed and resourced for 24/7 operations with an annual capacity of 18.5 million MT of dry and 2.2 million MT of liquid bulk commodities. We seamlessly move products from rail cars originating at production sites in British Columbia and Alberta, to the ships that will deliver them to importers and end users.
We’re directly connected to commodity-producing regions via the CN northern rail corridor, which integrates smoothly with our own onsite network of 17 km of tracks along with offloading and storage infrastructure. The rail corridor is an uncongested and relatively flat line with high reliability and low fuel costs.
Close to 100 trains carrying dry and liquid bulk commodities typically pull into our terminal each month. Many of these trains have upwards of 200 cars, each designed to safely and efficiently transport specific commodities.
