If you live, work or otherwise spend time near our terminal, and you have a question or concern about our operations, we would like to hear from you.

Please fill out the form below as much as possible and attach any relevant photographs or other documents you would like to share. You will be contacted by Trigon within three business days.

Please note, while we ask you to provide your contact information, it is not required. Any personal information will remain confidential within Trigon, unless specifically agreed to otherwise.

Trigon has a “whistleblower” policy, meaning that there will be no repercussions for any employees who raise concerns.
